I can’t check out?

If you aren’t able to go past the Select Shipping page you may not have selected a Shipping Type – For all international orders you need to select Air Mail.

I’m from the USA and I have an advertisement that says Free Shipping on orders over $28 – Why isn’t that showing up?

Yes we do offer Free Shipping on orders $28 and over – you need to select Air Mail as your Shipping Type. Once you press Continue To Payment the shipping will be shown as $0 in your cart.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

For all Australian orders you would have received an email containing a tracking number – follow the link and enter in the tracking number to find out where your order is.

For all international orders we don’t offer tracking. If you require tracking you will be charged an extra fee, this can only be organised by contacting us on the above email address. Shipping can take anywhere between 3-15 business days. Please do not contact us before the 15 business days.

I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay?

You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your order. You will be re-directed to PayPal’s secure site to complete the transaction where you can use your regular credit card for payment.

I don’t want to order via your site, is there a number I can call?

We don’t take any orders over the phone. We do however have order forms that we can email to you, which you can send back to us for processing. Please email us on the above email address if you wish to do so.

I created an account but my login isn’t being recognised?

When you created the account you would have received an email – In the email you need to click on the link to activate your account. Once your account is activated you will be able to log in.

Do you have any retail outlets?

At this stage we only have retail outlets in Australia and New Zealand. These are Best and Less, Big W, Coles, Target and Woolworths in Australia and Farmers in New Zealand. Hopefully in the near future we will have retail outlets in USA, UK and Canada.
