RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased through alldaysocks.com can be exchanged within 21 days from day of purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Items will only be exchanged if they are damaged or faulty upon delivery or not as described at the time of purchase
  • Items returned have to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging
  • An Exchange Form (below) must be completed and emailed tocustomerservice@underworks.com.au before any items are to be returned. We will then notify you if your claim has been accepted
  • We will not accept returns if the product has been damaged as a result of your misuse
  • We will refund your initial shipping charges* only to cover the cost of sending your faulty or damaged item back to us for an exchange
  • Shipping charges* will be refunded via PayPal within 5 business days of receiving your claim
  • We will not refund shipping charges for items being sent back to Underworks unless the return is a result of an error on our behalf
  • STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

We will inspect the product once received and if the item is deemed as faulty and has not been tampered with in any way, we will send a replacement product free of charge. Underworks accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or misplaced while being sent back to us. Please keep a proof of posting for your items.

If your claim has been accepted you will receive an email notification with a Return Authority number and further instructions.
