Underworks provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at alldaysocks.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Underworks reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at their discretion.

Reviews, Comments and Other Content

Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address or impersonate any person or entity. Underworks reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Product Descriptions

Underworks attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing all products. However, Underworks does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Underworks itself is not as described, you can return it in an unused condition. Please see Shipping and Delivery for more information on returns.

Placing Your Order

You may place an order by filling in the details in the Shop Online section on alldaysocks.com and clicking the “Submit Purchase” button.

When you place your order, an email invoice will be sent based on a successful payment.

By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. We do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for the purpose of preventing payment fraud. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment Methods and Processing

Underworks currently accepts payment via PayPal only. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order, payments are made with a credit card via the PayPal website.

You will be re-directed to PayPal to process your transaction. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

For payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. Free Shipping offers will be removed without notice from our website. Order quantity limits apply to Free Shipping offers.

Supply Of Your Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number (if applicable) for each item.

Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery can take up to 15 business days from the date your payment is received. Underworks makes every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the shipping address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
